Sanctuary

Unique flight path up the East coast of Africa, with Bruce Lazarus floating music dreaming of Sanctuary

Earth is our Sanctuary – our home planet that we must revere and protect. With such marvelous diversity and beauty, Earth is a sanctuary for all of humanity, indeed all of life.

Bruce Lazarus, composer, had those thoughts in mind as he composed this atmospheric music, as if on a magic carpet over eastern Africa and the Indian Ocean.

Jeanette Epps, in the crew of ISS 71, did the photography, anticipating the flight path and its diverse views of land and sea, jungles and deserts, lakes and rivers. She certainly timed it just right.
